The Records Manager Skill is a PAI (Personal AI Infrastructure) pack that transforms your AI assistant into an expert records manager. It provides:

  • Intelligent document organization with automatic tagging and categorization

  • Country-specific compliance for record retention (Australia, US, UK)

  • Safe operations with mandatory deletion confirmation

  • Powerful search optimized for finding documents quickly


What You'll Need

Before you begin, ensure you have:

  1. A PAI installation - The skill integrates with your PAI environment

  2. A paperless-ngx instance - For document storage and management

  3. Bun runtime - For running TypeScript tools

  4. API credentials - paperless-ngx URL and API token
